• Seller: Todor Tech (sole proprietorship; representative: 請求があった場合に遅滞なく開示いたします). Contact: contact@todortech.com. The address and phone number appear in the Japanese original below.
• Prices and payment: Caro (in-app currency) is sold in the packages listed in the Japanese original (prices in Japanese yen, tax included); payment is by credit card via Stripe and is charged immediately at the time of purchase. A free Caro bonus is granted when an account is created.
• Delivery: Caro is credited immediately after payment. Gifts to characters (Ture) are digital items paid for in Caro, and the character’s thank-you performance is provided immediately upon purchase. Gift purchases are subject to per-purchase and monthly limits.
• Caro consumption: Caro is consumed per message in proportion to LLM token usage, plus 3 CARO per message for voice generation in Ture chat. If a feature fails to complete due to a service or external API failure, the Caro spent may be refunded to your balance as a compensation transaction.
• Returns and cancellation: due to the nature of digital content, refunds and cancellations for personal reasons are generally not accepted, and confirmed Gift purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded. Exceptions such as duplicate charges, system failures on our side, confirmed unauthorized use by third parties, or refunds required by applicable law are handled individually at our discretion.
• Paid Caro and Free Caro: Caro obtained by purchase (including any extra amount in a package) is Paid Caro; Caro the Company grants without consideration (sign-up bonus, campaigns, referral rewards, apology grants, etc.) is Free Caro. Free Caro can be used only for chat fees, while Ture purchases, Gifts, and game purchases can use only Paid Caro. Free Caro expires 180 days after the grant (or on another date displayed at the time of the grant); Paid Caro does not expire. Caro is generally not refundable; where a refund is made under applicable law (for example, when the Service ends), it covers only the unused balance of Paid Caro.
